Born in Milan in 1984, Giulia Tamburini graduated in modern literature at the University of Milan.
In 2010 she completed her professional goldsmith training at LAO Jewellery School in Florence, where she also specialised in metal engraving and stone setting. She then worked as a jewellery maker for Anaconda Gioielli where she presented her own collections.
In 2010 Giulia became the owner of her personal brand Giulia Tamburini. In her little workshop in Milan she takes care of the entire process behind each piece of jewellery, from the original idea to design and production.
In full respect of the Italian classical goldsmith’s art tradition and strictly handmade, she works gold, silver and bronze without the use of any industrial process, with an incredible technical precision and great attention when selecting her material. As a result, each piece that comes out of Giulia’s workshop is unique, alive and expresses the power of an artisanal creation.
Giulia’s jewellery is often inspired by natural shapes, plants and animals. With simplicity and a little magic , her creations want to reflect our relationship with the world around us. Jewels in the shape of symbols, talismans, bearers of good fortune.
